UA is a field full of shifting numbers and distractions. How does Stoicism help you filter the noise and stay aligned with the bigger vision?

Metrics can be endless — clicks, installs, conversions, ROI. If you chase them all, you lose sight of what matters. Stoicism helps me strip away the noise and focus on the numbers that actually reflect growth. Staying on track for me means being selective, not reactive.

Staying on track” can sometimes sound rigid. How do you balance discipline with the flexibility that user acquisition also demands?

For me, discipline isn’t about sticking to a plan no matter what; it’s about consistency of intent. I can change tactics if needed, but the goal stays the same. That’s the balance: being flexible in execution while remaining steady in direction.

What does long-term success in UA look like to you, and how does Stoic thinking help you hold onto that vision day to day?

Long-term success is sustainable growth, not just short-term spikes. A campaign that boosts numbers today but erodes trust tomorrow isn’t really a win. Stoicism helps me keep that perspective: measure actions not just by immediate results, but by whether they build something that can last and evolve.
