What does having a Stoic mindset mean to you in your role as Growth Product Manager?
Having a Stoic mindset, to me, means treating growth like a living system: always changing, never fully in your control, yet full of potential if you stay composed. In product growth, there’s constant noise from shifting metrics, evolving user trends, and sudden algorithm changes. Stoicism helps me tune out the noise and focus on the signal.
Can you share a time when Stoicism helped you handle a big change in the tech ecosystem?
Not long ago, a platform change significantly altered the way we approached one of our growth channels. It could have easily derailed our momentum, but instead, I approached it the way we do at Stoikk: by accepting what’s outside our control, then quickly identifying where we could adapt and innovate. We reframed the change as an opportunity to explore new ideas, test faster, and strengthen our position for the long term.
