What you’ll do
- Respond to user inquiries with clear, helpful, and empathetic communication, ensuring high-quality support across multiple platforms
- Identify recurring issues or trends in user feedback and escalate them to relevant team members for resolution
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide accurate guidance and troubleshooting
- Manage and analyze support tickets and in-app messages on a daily basis to ensure timely resolutions
- Monitor and report customer satisfaction and feedback via platforms such as the App Store and Google Play
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience through improved support processes and content
- Contribute to the development of user-centric content within the app, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone
- Support the localization of app content for various markets, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance across different languages and regions
- Stay informed about current trends in mobile applications, AI, and social media to ensure content and communication strategies remain - relevant and forward-thinking
Desired skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in translation, linguistics, communication, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Min. 1 year of experience in customer support or user communication roles, preferably within mobile app or tech environments
- Strong ability to empathize with users and communicate in a clear, user-friendly, and brand-consistent tone
- Experience with tools such as Zendesk, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify patterns in user feedback and report them effectively
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving user experience and support workflows
- Familiarity with mobile apps, AI-based products, or tech industry trends is a plus
- Experience in localization processes and ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy across different markets is an asset
