How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage a high-performing User Acquisition team, setting clear goals, KPIs and performance expectations.
- Define, implement and own the end-to-end acquisition system architecture from campaign setup, tracking, attribution, to reporting and feedback loops.
- Manage, track and improve user acquisition campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, internal stakeholders and ad networks.
- Oversee team workflows: campaign briefs, creative production, channel launches, budget allocation and optimisation processes.
- Track all acquisition performance, ensure targets are met, and address issues proactively.
- Research market trends and deliver actionable insights for growth and new channels.
- Establish and manage the tracking & attribution infrastructure (e.g., mobile measurement partners), ensuring the team has reliable data to drive decisions.
- Identify and implement targeting, segmentation and creative testing frameworks to improve acquisition performance, and coach the team to adopt best practices.
- Lead experiments (A/B tests, pilots) and guide the team in analyzing results and scaling wins.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, analytics, design, and development teams to align on acquisition goals, growth loops and company objectives.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and optimization.
- Define and manage the acquisition budget, allocate resources smartly, and ensure ROI and cost-performance targets are achieved.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
- 8+ years of user acquisition and growth marketing experience preferably in mobile
- Hands-on campaign management experience within performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in metrics-driven companies
- Advanced Excel and rapid adaptability to new data tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- SQL and/or programming experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with App Store Optimization preferred
